We are pleased to inform you that the issue regarding the display of transactions has been fully resolved.

All transactions from July 1st and July 2nd are now completely updated and visible across all our services, including the Wallester Portal, Mobile Application, and API. Our systems are operating normally.

We wanted to bring to your attention a temporary disruption in the display of transactions within the Wallester Portal, Mobile Application, and API. Please rest assured that all transactions are being processed normally and our core processing system is fully operational, the issue is strictly limited to how data is displayed.

The responsible teams are currently investigating the issue with the highest priority.
